I just realized big Macintosh doesn’t have a cutie mark and I have no idea how to post profile pic somepony tell me

the profile pictures use the gravatar system, go to http://en.gravatar.com/ and set up an account and connect it to an email. The gravatar system is pretty easy to use and is used all over the internet.
