When Twilight Sparkle receives a strange and vague warning about impending doom and disaster from her future self, she drives herself nearly mad in an attempt to stall a cataclysmic event, but her uncertainty makes finding answers difficult.
This was a goldilocks episode for me. It didn’t really do anything spectacular, but there wasn’t really anything to dislike. The characters, humor, and animation were all solid as usual. This is the episode I’ll judge all future episodes by. 3 and a half out of five.
I think it was an awesome episode. Even though the ending was predictable, it demonstrated that the past is not changeable in Equestria. That’s cool /)^3^(\
Oh, and also where did the information that the scroll was in the archives come from in the first place? Future Twilight told past Twilight and she went on to tell herself so… where did the information originate?
It seems like the only ones that know the truth are Celestia and the guards, and they’re not talking. They were acting too casual for seeing Twilight in her disheveled state.
man I love Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey Brony Wony stuff ^_^
Way to get out of animating another two minutes, DHX. :v
Worst episode ever…

Something had to have happened differently, atleast once, to start the loop

One word: Trollestia
Naaaaah.
I suspect that they see Twilight in this state at LEAST once per month. They’re used to it by now.
I think this episode was great I really, really enjoyed it.
Where the heck was Derpy?
She’s not in every single episode.
Why did twilight look like solid snake? Oh god why!?
Obvious nod to Metal Gear Solid, especially when Twilight stands next to the statue.
