The lesson was pretty cheesed, so there’s that. (Yay crazy pony, but neigh no Derpy..)
All in all I thought it was highly entertaining and different in a good way. A solid 4/5.
The barking Pony was hilarious. Nice to see that Ponys have access to advanced medical care. Love the new Doc. Wonderful to see an episode dedicated to Rainbow Dash. Derpy? Our fave MailMare was still on the train in the opening and ‘The Last Roundup’ with her scene unaltered is playing on the HUB site.
I didn’t enjoy it as much, because there’s too many fanfics where Rainbow Dash breaks a wing. (TV Tropes even mentions that ‘”Rainbow Dash loses/hurts her wings” is one of the single most common MLP:FiM fanfic plotlines, right up there with “Twilight messes up a spell”.’)
